The 100% herbal and vegan glucosamine used by CdG is an environmentally friendly and sustainable glucosamine preparation with a much lower environmental impact than the equivalent product from crustaceans. The traditional method of producing glucosamine from crustaceans requires a large amount of chemicals and this in turn generates huge amounts of toxic waste water. The production of herbal glucosamine produces only 2% of the waste water compared to the amount of waste water from the crustacean product.
